Great, co-host very helpful very concerning and responded to each message in a timely matter! Property was very clean, love both bedrooms, living room, and definitely balcony this property is definitely a money making house.! Works on- I do feel like check out time should be a little after 10 AM just due to the fact that people may not get up there early or may not be prepared to leave there early Also garage key in need of a new garage key to open gate. The key was very hard to push the button for it to open other than that. I have no complaints. I will definitely be booking this property again.

Wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect for our plans. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Great place in a wonderful location. check in process definitely needed the video instructions which were provided. the booking process was over he top. First needed to do a background check, which was flaky and took 3 tries to read my state issued driver's license. Then I was requested picture ID's for all the guests which was super unusual. I guess my history on Airbnb of over last 10 years and great reviews means nothing.

We had an awesome stay for my graduation weekend. The place was very clean, in a great location, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive the whole time!

Loved the stay. Place was just as described. Had tickets for concert at The Eastern and was amazing to be walking distance to such an amazing place. Utilized the rooftop hangout with the family and played some games up there, too. Would 100% stay here again.

The only thing I would say is the location was on a fairly busy street and the traffic was very loud at times making it a bit difficult to sleep. Otherwise, would stay again. Very nice place, very clean and tidy, nice aesthetic. Host was very responsive, polite, and proactive in helping to get in and out of the home. Very clear insurrections given via video as well which was very helpful in accessing the property. Watch before you go for sure.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR. First of all there is a background check and an additional deposit that you must pay if you stay here. If you wear makeup and if you are of a darker complexion bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and washcloths if you do not you will be charged to replace. Moreover, I paid for my Airbnb using one payment and refundable deposit using a credit card. The refund was placed on the wrong form of payment. No apology, urgency to fix the mistake. Just expressed that Airbnb is to fix the payment. What does that sound like scam. If you stay here lock your credit and ensure that your personal information from the background check has not been sold. Because since leaving I have received a plethora of robocalls. Cute place at first glance but once you take a second look the cabinents are peeling, the bathroom was not properly sanitized, the floors were sticky and the moquitos!!! This is place is trash.

Great location. Secure parking and entrance. Very clean. Adorably decorated. Enjoyed the gym and balconies. A favorite in Atlanta.

This place was nice and clean. The kitchen was also pretty well stocked. It is an apartment building, so some things are obviously apartment quality, but it’s furnished really well. The pillows definitely were some of the worst I’ve had in a while- they felt like the $5 Walmart ones I got back in college. I had very little problems remote working from there as well. Very walkable to Publix, Beltline and the Eastern. I was charged $1.67 because I put their white dish towel under their black one under a soup bowel and it bled. Seems like a quality issue since I’ve don’t that with a lot of dish towels I’ve owned and it’s never happened.

My stay went really well. The places was spotless and very homey. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place. My only con was the extra fees if you wanted to check out later. Other than that, I had a lovely stay.

Just what we were looking for

Great deal for prime Reynoldstown with garage parking (EV spots included!). apartment is a little bit of a trek from the garage or main entrances but you get used to it. Other than that and some difficulty with their ID verification/background check partner company, everything was great and I felt the apartment was a good deal for what it was. As for the unit itself, the finishings were updated and everything was spotless. The beds were way more comfortable than hotels. I was staying with my mother so having private spaces and separate baths was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Kelly is a great host! Super responsive and engaged in any issue that may come up. She is truly a professional host and a super fast, invested and efficient communicator. The apartment is very comfortable and we instantly felt right at home. The King bed (the one I can speak of) was beyond comfortable, truly dreamy! I cannot say enough good things! We had a great stay and will definitely come back when visiting Atlanta!

This listing was exactly as pictured—clean, modern, and equipped with all necessary appliances. We experienced a few gnats during the stay, but it was a minor issue and everything else was excellent. Overall, a great stay and we would return!

Great stay with my son for two concerts at The Eastern! Location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the venue. Unit was larger than expected. Minor issues with bathroom sink and kitchen odor, but both were promptly addressed. Be sure to watch the check-in videos beforehand (I didn’t) to understand parking and accessing the unit. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay, pretty safe area, walking distance from restaurants and a Publix! It’s also close to the zoo too. It got a little noisy outside at times but we were also on the third floor so it wasn’t bad, but you’re also in Atlanta so things are gonna be going on haha.

Our stay was absolutely perfect for a last minute booking. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the thoughtful details inside to the inviting outdoor spaces including the 24 hour gym. Every part of the property exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal-close to the restaurants and local attractions, yet still peaceful and private. Communication with the host was excellent, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was super convenient, the space was comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. There were a couple of small hiccups at check-in, but they handled everything quickly and made sure I was taken care of, which I really appreciated. Their communication was top-notch and they were proactive in making sure the stay went smoothly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here and would book again.

Kelly notified us of a small issue prior to arriving. We were able to negotiate a solution. One of the best Host/Guest experiences I’ve had using AirBNB. The place is simply wonderful, clean, and inviting. We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect Airbnb for Shaky Knees! The host responded almost immediately to every message…the space was pristine, comfy, and perfect. We loved the patio and walking down the beltline for coffee every morning!

We felt right at home here! The apartment is lovely, exactly as pictured. I also loved that the location made everywhere easy to drive to. Great walking trail along the beltline within two blocks, as well as restaurants. The parking was great and felt secure. The neighborhood also felt safe and was relatively peaceful except we heard lots of emergency vehicles in the early morning hours ~ I believe it’s near a hospital. Only challenge is the slight tinge of trash as you exit your car and when you walk the hallways as they have valet trash. The home itself does not have an odor. The hosts were amazing. Very kind and responsive, certainly very helpful!

My stay was perfect! The place was just as shown in the pictures. It was spacious and decorated beautifully. The area was quiet and safe. The host was amazing and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Good place. Not the best surroundings but the decor makes up for it. Wifi was amazing but there is no tv in the bedroom but the living room tv is really good. Everything was clean and beautiful. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay! Started a bit rocky at first due to a power outage but Kelly and team were very responsive and proactive about rectifying the situation. They even FaceTimed us to ensure we had clear directions when needed and it was greatly appreciated.
